This would be fine provided they follow the ideals set forth for what it means to be an Orion Faction Member after Black Thursday (I think it was a thursday.. Inanna, Kit, Anybody?).
They'd likley have to all go through the standard interview and approved. That said it'd sure be nice to get some new blood and revitalize the community again. It's been a large number of years since we were a force to be recond with on a large scale (cept being an industrial powerhouse in Eve).

We should get some more details and see what is what. If this is for EVE, BB would need to weigh in since he is the active Council member in that branch.
And I blieve it is Black Thursday, Sidey.
